Oppression

out comes
the delicate dance of the overlords
which shows how they truly are
and
how they see themselves
inside their protected world
surrounded
by their illusions
of safety and security
their bristling weapons
shyly
displayed in their over-politeness
because
they always remind us
that
we're just passing through
what they already control
